These positions are responsible for direct customer service, circulation services, collecting fines and fees, registering new patrons, maintaining a welcoming environment, and conducting opening and closing procedures.

Required Skills of Note:

1. Knowledge of open-source software platforms and Integrated Library Systems (ILS).
2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
